Saracens was founded in 2006 and rapidly expanded from just security roles, with our first cleaning contract back in 2008. The main office is based in Benfleet which is in a central and prime location, with great road links allowing us to meet our customer’s needs,even at very short notice, for when those emergencies arise.
We are a small but enthusiastic company, employing around 15 staff, all with mixed skills to meet the demands of our industry, which has enabled us to achieve a high standards within our deliverance of service, and at fair costings to our customers.
Saracens reaches out across Essex and Kent, which is all over seen by our team leaders Susan and Lauren, providing all aspects of domestic and commercial cleaning.
Providing a service that customers appreciate, which in turn gives us a sense of satisfaction.
To be honest it was a fluke, I was asked to help out and arrange some staff for a one off job, which then became permanent and I was asked to continue providing the service. We built up from there and created a customer base very quickly.
We take pride in our work, and if something is not right or there has been a problem we will do all we can to correct the issue so that the end result is that our customer/s are happy.
